Product Name: The DNX 2100S is a high-performance, multi-tasking turn-mill complex machining center. Flexibility: Superior to traditional Y-axis turning centers due to the integration of an ATC tool magazine with up to 60 tool positions. Machining Capability: Smoothly performs turning, milling, and shaping of complex parts thanks to the simultaneous movement of the B and C rotary axes. The machine allows for automated production processes for diverse products in small quantities without the need for additional fixed fixtures.
Size & Design: Equipped with an 8/10-inch chuck, with a machining length of up to 1,100 mm. The machine has a compact design, making it easy to replace existing machine systems in the workshop and improving accessibility to the spindle/tool magazine area.

Robust Rigidity: The spindle uses high-rigidity roller bearings to enhance stability in all directions. The carriage unit features a wider LMG guide rail distance, providing a precise frame structure and increased stability.
High-Performance Motor: Boosts productivity with a large output spindle motor, reaching up to 18.5 kW of power.
Positional Accuracy: The Y-axis travel is extended while minimizing the overhang distance of the milling axis. An X-axis linear scale is standard, improving positioning accuracy.
Improved B-axis: The Curvick coupling increases the spindle clamping force by 6 times compared to competitors, significantly improving tool repeatability. The B-axis has a clamping force of 8,400 N·m and a clamping indexing accuracy of up to 1/10,000 degrees, driven by a roller gear cam (RGC) mechanism combined with a servo motor.

Smart Control Program: Integrates IKC measurement software for rotary axis position error compensation and DSSV (spindle speed variation) technology to prevent chatter during cutting.
Versatile Tailstock: Allows direct mounting of drills into the tailstock for drilling functions, supporting simultaneous outer diameter machining.
Flexible Steady Rest: The automatic steady rest parking function provides an optimal right-side spindle access distance of -9 mm. The steady rest is mounted vertically parallel to the X-axis, independently controlled by a servo motor, and can machine even when the steady rest is in the parked state, reducing downtime.
Tool Measurement System: The new toolsetter supports both vertical and horizontal measurement to shorten the measurement cycle. A laser measuring device allows quick checking of the diameter and length of rotating tools. The BK9 device checks for tool chipping/breakage after machining to prevent defects or collisions.

- Parts Catcher: Features a built-in design, not protruding from the front of the machine, increasing working space and allowing parts of various sizes to be ejected without obstructing machine travel. The linear movement speed is also improved by a servo motor, and the overhang distance of the catch basket can be customized directly on the control panel. The aluminum catch basket helps prevent scratches on part surfaces and is not deformed by coolant.
- Convenient Tool Magazine Management: Comes with a 7-inch ATC screen directly at the tool magazine, allowing quick checking of port numbers, tool numbers, and tool changes/mounting without returning to the main control panel. Tool change speed is also optimized by a servo motor.
- Recovery and Safety: ATC recovery feature with just one click. The CPC (Chuck Position Check) function allows direct adjustment on the control screen without having to open the machine cover for manual operation.
- The machine also integrates a servo auto door system, which can be easily synchronized with automation equipment such as bar feeders or robotic loaders.
