📌Technical specifications of the NHP 4000 / 5000 series machines: 🔹Machining travel (X x Y x Z) and speed:
- NHP 4000 : Achieves dimensions of 560 x 640 x 660 mm, a 15% increase over the previous generation. Extremely high acceleration of 1G across all axes results in a 30% increase in acceleration/deceleration capability compared to the older model.
- NHP 5000 : Achieves dimensions of 730 x 730 x 880 mm, a 10% increase over the previous generation. Acceleration reaches 0.9G / 0.8G / 0.8G for the three axes, respectively. The high feed rate of both models reaches 60 m/min.
🔹Spindle:
- Equipped with a standard high-speed built-in spindle of 15,000 rpm.
- NHP 4000 : Power 30/18.5 kW, torque 230 Nm
- NHP 5000 : Power output 37/22 kW, high torque 303 Nm
Additionally, the machine has an optional ultra-high speed spindle of up to 20,000 rpm (37/18.5 kW power). 🔹Machine table and pallet system:
- NHP 4000 : Pallet size 400x400 mm, maximum workpiece size ø630 x H900 mm, maximum load capacity 400 kg.
- NHP 5000 : Pallet size 500x500 mm, maximum workpiece size ø800 x H1000 mm, maximum load capacity 500 kg (700 kg option available).
🔹Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) System:
- Various tool holder capacities are available with different tool holder types: 40/60 tools (disc type), 80/120 tools (chain type), or matrix drives up to 171/275 tools.
- Tool-to-tool change time is extremely fast, taking only 0.9 seconds, and chip-to-chip change time is only 2.3 seconds (a 30% improvement over the old machine).
🔹Automation Line: NHP machines can be easily linked with autonomous robots or linear pallet systems (LPS) , enabling 24/7 factory operation for production scales ranging from small-scale flexible operations to large-scale mass production. The single-table version (NHP 5000S) is particularly well-suited for optimized layout and direct integration with customer automation lines.
