The Mynx 5400 series (including the Mynx 5400 II and Mynx 5400/50 II versions), a product of DN Solutions (formerly Doosan), is a heavy-duty, medium-to-large vertical milling machine specifically designed to be the top choice for high-intensity milling operations.

◾Spindle:
🔹Mynx 5400 II: Maximum speed 8000 rpm (belt or direct drive), ISO #40 spindle taper, 15/11 kW power. An upgrade option to 12000 rpm is also available.
🔹Mynx 5400/50 II: Maximum speed of 6000 rpm (belt drive), larger spindle taper than ISO #50, power 15/11 kW. Optional gear drive with power up to 30/18.5 kW enhances torque for powerful cutting force.
🔹Both models are equipped as standard with a dual contact tool system to reduce elastic deformation and provide perfect gauge control.
◾️Machine table: 1200 x 540 mm, allowing a maximum workpiece load of up to 1000 kg.
◾️Automatic tool changer (ATC): Uses a CAM mechanism to shorten tool change time, with a standard capacity of 30 tools (Mynx 5400 II) and 24 tools (Mynx 5400/50 II). Tool-to-tool change time is extremely fast, taking only 1.3 seconds for the 5400 II model.
◾️Control System & Software: The machine supports a variety of advanced control systems such as DN Solutions Fanuc i Plus, HEIDENHAIN TNC620, and SIEMENS 828D. In particular, the machine integrates user-friendly EZ Work software, optimizing setup time, minimizing errors, and making operation easier.
